Important notice about our Panel of solicitors and compliance with the Solicitors' Regulation Authority's rule 9 (financial arrangements).
We have put together a Panel of solicitors who are experts in the law relating to compensation for asbestos diseases. We have done this in order to provide information about expert legal advice should asbestos victims want such information. Since we provide this information we must comply with rule 9 of the Solicitors' Code of Conduct by stating;
Any solicitor chosen from the Panel is independent from us and will give impartial and confidential advice.
You are free to chose another solicitor.
We have a financial arrangement with the solicitors on our Panel who make an annual, charitable donation of £7,000 to our charity. This charitable donation is not dependant on referrals.
All the solicitors on our Panel have extensive knowledge and experience of asbestos claims. We cannot guarantee they will be successful, but we believe that they are able to give expert, independent legal advice.
