Solicitor Referral Code

Important notice about solicitors on our Panel List and compliance with the Introduction and Referral Code of the Law Society.

We have put together a Panel of solictors who are experts in the law relating to compensation for asbestos diseases. We have done this in order to provide information about expert legal advice should asbestos victims want fsuch information. Since we provide this information we must comply with the Solicitors' Introduction and Referral Code by stating:

Any solicitor chosen from the Panel is independent from us and will give impartial and confidential advice.

You are free to choose another solicitor.

Solicitors on our Panel make an annual charitable donation of £5,000 to our charity. This charitable donation is not dependant on referrals.

All the solicitors on our panel list have extensive knowledge and experience of asbestos claims. We cannot guarantee thet they will be successful but we believe that they are able to give expert, independant legal advice.
